Gaming Rig for RS.50K?

Hello.I've never built a PC before and hence want to start.I live in Bangalore,India so components are expensive here.I am at a budget of Rs.50000.Can any of you suggest a good build which includes the GTX 970?

GTX 970 costs Rs.27000 here.So I will be left with Rs.23000 for the rest of the components.

But won't the fx 6300 bottleneck the GTX 970? Also if i want to overclock,I will have to invest on a better MB and cooling which is out of my budget

FX6300 is not going to bottleneck with that GPU. I have friends here who have the same combo and having no issues for around 2.5 months. Regarding Overclocking, if you need to overclock, that board supports CPU TDP upto 125 Watts. You can raise the CPU voltage upto 125 Watts increase the Frequency like around 5 Ghz. I have heard peoplee reaching a stable 5.2 Ghz with this combo. That if I remember correctly, was in Overclock.net.

But you will need a better cooler for Overclocking. You can do mild overclocking like around 4.1 Ghz with the stock with sufficient airflow in the case. But that may not be that stable. Regarding your budget, I think this would be a better option.
