That usually means a dying PSU. You can check your temperatures using MSI Afterburner but if temps were the issue you probably should have noticed performance drops and maybe unexpected shutdowns. But freezings use to be a faulty PSU issue. Which is your PSU?

If you can confirm the problem, I would only recommend you a PSU from at least the Tier E in this list (the cheapest ones I still consider more or less reliable):

The power needed from the PSU can be known from the graphics card specs in the manufacturer (Nvidia or AMD) website.

Thanks for your reply. I'll check how much power is needed for the gpu. Gonna check all the memory slots and each individual memory stick.

My apu is a cooler master rs-700-acab-b1.
Now it won't even boot up!!

It's almost for sure a dead PSU.

I have put new paste on the CPU. Switchen on the pc and it lit up. On the mb there are 4 small leds for the CPU, gpu, ram, boot. When the mb lit up the dram led lit up instead of the CPU. So I tried all variations with memory sticks and now it won't start again. When I switch on the power switch on the psu the mb flashes quickly and then the dram led lights up. Is there any way of checking if the psu is faulty? Or do i just have to buy a new one and hope for the best?

And stop trying to start the PC as if the PSU is faulty there's a chance that it can damage other components.
