Gaming rig getting too hot?

Ok so I have built my gaming rig but I am finding that after any extended period of time playing a graphically intensive game, the top of my tower is getting really warm. Should I try to vent the tower so as to release this trapped heat or do I need to look at further cooling of the internals?
I have an AMD fx-8320 with the supplied fan on top, a GTX 680 with it's 2 fans and a fan on the back of the tower. The side panel is 50% vent also.

You need to keep in mind that the PSU is at the top of your PC in that case. A PSU can get rather warm and that heat will then go onto the case.

Check temps like Novuake said

Also Just double check to see if the fan at the back is taking air out or into the case. Should be pulling air out in my opinion.

I once accidentally had all my fans pulling air into the case keeping the air inside and causing the cpu and graphics cards temps to go up by quite a bit.

Ok so I have run BF4 on Ultra for about 25minutes and according to Easytune6, the CPU is getting upto to around 54oC whilst when idle, 15oC. I wonder if, due to the placement of the psu (it's much bigger fan is practically right next to the back fan at a 90degree angle) perhaps it is blowing some of the hotter air back into the unit. Perhaps I am worrying too much and my rig is just trying to offer some warmth for winter. Would it be worth putting a vent in on top of the tower to release excess heat?
