That psu is junk, that board is meant for dual vid cards, yet a 650w psu is only going to push one of those cards. Otherwise it looks good.

ok why_me ill explain it to him. there is no reason to insult him. Why_me is talking about sli. he knows the twin frozr II is a single card. you can get another one later and put an sli bridge between them and get about double the performance. i guess you are not going to do that. i reccomend the asrock z68 extreme3 gen3. it is the best motherboard for the money. the psu you listed is expensive and you can get a psu that can easily run 2 580's for that price. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703028 this psu should do.

As mjmjpfaff said, you can get better PSU for that money; if you are willing to get "only" an 80Plus Bronze PSU, you can even get a modular one like this one.
