Gaming Rig Help!

So I'm planning in building a gaming rig and these are the parts I plan on using, if you could help and tell me if they are compatible and run games like BF4 60+ FPS? It's seems like a really good build but I am not to experienced as this will be my first. Thank you in advance

Graphics card: MSI R9 280x
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45
Memory: 8 gb (2x4) G.Skills Ripjaws
Processor: i5-4670k
Power Supply: Corsair CXM 750W
Hard drive: Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB
Case: AZZA Solano 1000 Black Japanese
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

cpu cooler. cooler master hyper tx3 minimum(something that will fit over your ripjaws ramsinks).

edit: maybe a closed loop water cooler if you want to overclock that i5 4670k.

I didn't think of a cpu cooler, I will look into it!

You said you want BF4 to run 60+fps. What res is your monitor? Does quality have to be set at ultra with lots of AA?

What speed is the ripjaws? How about its latency and voltage?

Also stupid question but is that a 64bit copy of windows 7?

I want to run games like Far cry 3, Titanfall, DayZ and other modern games at 60+ fps at high - ultra and the monitor will be a 1920x1080p monitor. Also, the copy of windows is 64-bit
