I built a gaming pc a little over a month ago. Here are the specs:

CPU: i5 4670k
GPU: gtx 770
Mobo: msi z87 g45
PSU: corsair tx 650
HDD: Seagate 500gb 7200rpm
Memory: Crucial ballistix 8gb 1600mhz
Optical Drive: Asus
OS: Win 8.1

It has been running faster than I have ever dreamed it would. It has run skyrim, arkham origins, and many other games on highest graphics like 50-60 fps, which is probably capped off because of my monitors. Everything is soooo much faster than any computer I have ever owned. However, yesterday it randomly started going slow. Like almost slower than the ten year old computer we have that still runs xp. It can't even load google chrome. When I open task manager to look at processes it says that my cpu is using 1% of its power, my memory is at 95%, my disk varies from like 14% to 100% and network is 0%. I am super confused why it is running so slow?? Can someone help? Cheers.
