Gaming rig under 30k rupees

Guys , I am planning to buy a gaming rig under 30k rupees. Currently, I only have Asus GTX 750 OC 1GB DDR5 and Dell S2240L Monitor. I am a Dota-2 player and only play this game and watch few movies. Please advise me the best rig under my budget .. Please let me know if you need any more information.
