So i was pretty much handed this computer without being able to pick the parts, anyway i'm looking to upgrade it and was wondering what to upgrade and what to upgrade it to. or would i be better off just building an entire new system. My specs are as follows:

PSU: 500w (not sure exact spec)

CPU: AMD FX 9370
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113346

Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128651&cm_re=gigabyte_970a-ud3p-_-13-128-651-_-Product

GPU: MSI R7 260X
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127762&cm_re=r7_260x-_-14-127-762-_-Product

the case is plenty big enough to support any size requirements.

pretty much the main question is would it be cheaper to upgrade to the standards i want or just to start over on a new rig.

I play World of Warcraft but have some frame rate trouble on ultra.
Battlefield 4 usually has no problems
farcry 3
i also need to be able to handle strong modding in skyrim which i'm currently having some trouble with.
And of course all games should be run at 1080P holding a steady frame rate.

that's what i'm looking for and any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
