I am going to build a cheap pc for gaming but i also do bitcoin minning on it. suggest me parts and give me some tips please

If you want to do serious bitcoin mining there are dedicated cards from here http://products.butterflylabs.com/ that are WAY faster than a gaming GPU for mining, if you want to mine with a gpu they excel at litecoin mining
