I am planning on building a computer for schoolwork/gaming purposes. I need it to run programs
like Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, and Photoshop smoothly. I also plan on doing some light Minecraft and Steam gaming play. I have three possible setups I was looking at. Please let me know what you think which one would suit my needs better.

Thank you!
Possible #1
AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI A78M-E35 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Not sure about video card. Any suggestions?
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Solution
Hi I have a few things to say

1) I would get 8gb of ram, you can get 2x4gb of ram on newegg for $30(G.skill Ripjaws X Series)
2) The 550w PSU from XFX is pretty good check it out.
3) I would go with an Intel processor, as AMD processors tend to run hotter. Just make sure to go quad core because it seems like you're doing a lot of editing.
4)For a graphics card since you're playing games that don't require much to run, I would recommend getting a Gtx 750 Ti. Cheaper than a R9 280 and AMD drivers aren't so great.
Good luck 😀
