RTX 2060 with ryzen 5 3600
Rtx 2050 with i5 10600

What is better for gaming? Better and stable

The RTX 2050 doesn't exist...
If it would tho, I would still chose the 2060 + 3600 because the gpu is the most important part in gaming as long as you don't have a cpu bottleneck wich you won't with any of the CPUs you mentioned

At this level the gpu will be the limiting factor in most games. Therefore the setup with strongest gpu will perform better in most games. As above no such gpu as an RTX2050.

It's about tie the motherboard should cost less for the AMD. That might let you move up to the 2060 super.

I’d pick the 3600. Overall cost will be lower and performance will be virtually identical.
