Gaming, small time rendering rig

Hi I'm building a gaming and small time 3d rendering PC.

Do you guys have any tips to make it cheaper or is it good as is?

You planning on overclocking? If not, get a Xeon E3-1231 V3 and say yourself some money. Otherwise, most of the rest is personal preference as far as parts and brands good. Looks OK to me aside from the CPU.

Is the Xeon any good for gaming? I though it was more a server and workstation core?
