Its a pretty good build... The only thing i would consider changing is the psu... To be on the safe side, i would go with the corsair 850x as u r looking for sli and overclocking....

If u configure everything properly, you can get the processor easily overclocked to...
wohhh... OP you need to research a lot.... You would be wasting money... the motherboard b250 doesnt allow to overclock.... i7 7700k supports 2400 Mhz memory modules natively.... The 1060 gpu doesn't support sli.... State ur budget and location as mentioned by the expert above....

Yeah just realised that 30 seconds after putting post up
How about this

CPU: Core i7 7700k
Mobo: MSI Z270 SLI Plus
HDD: WD Black 1TB 2.5
SSD: Samsung EVO 250gb
GPU: x2 Asus Strix GTX 1070 with SLI Bridge
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb ( 2 x 8 ) 2400mhz
PSU: Corsair RM750x
Case: Corsair 460X RGB
Cooler: Corsair H110i v2

Was going to overclock cpu to 5ghz if possible first time I kind of forgot about the B250 restrictions and 1060 sli compatability

BTW living in AU

What is the reason for SLI? Addiction or something? If u ready to pay this much money why not go for 1080 ti?
1080 ti almost the same ( 1-2 fps) difference in games that support sli, and games that not good for sli, 1080 ti will give huge performance boost. Just go through SLI forum topics and see how many people have issue with them. I just went through AU shops and checked the price, 1070 540 au$ and 1080 ti 1030au$.

If u configure everything properly, you can get the processor easily overclocked to 4.8 GHz or 5...
If u r really considering using SLI, then 1070 is pretty fine... but i would go for a single 1080 ti or 1080 sli...
