Gaming/Streaming Build for 950-1000 euro?

I would like to know about excellent build for 950-1000 euro that i will be using for streaming and gaming. I wouldnt care if the settings had to be reduced a little but i would like to have them very high and i would like 16 gigs of ram and wifi
