Approximate Purchase Date:
Sometime in June 2019

Budget Range
1800-2000 $

System Usage from most to least important:
Gaming, Live Streaming, Video Editing

Am I buying a monitor:
No

Parts to upgrade:
Everything, build from scratch.

Do I need to buy an OS?
No

Preferred Website:
Amazon (UK Version)

Location:
London, UK

Parts Preference:
Inter i7 9700k or Intel i9 9900k
ASUS ROG 2080

Overclocking:
Maybe

SLI or Crossfire:
No

Monitor Resolution:
1080p, Might upgrade to 1440p in the future. This upgrade will not come under the budget.

Additional Comments:
A plain-ish case if possible, maybe Black and/or white theme? I'm thinking maybe the Corsair Graphite Series 780t. I want to be able to customise the whole computer with RGB lights, so need a lot of that as it obviously increases in-game performance ;). Also it will need to be relatively quiet so my microphone cannot pick it up.

Why I'm upgrading:
I am currently gaming on an upgraded pre-built computer. It has server me well for a few years but i'm noticing it is not keeping up with modern AAA releases. Also, I sometimes get FPS drops when recording/streaming. I want to enhance my experience while playing games, and enhance the experience for my viewers when I (Rarely) Stream.

You may want to wait for Ryzen 3rd gen to see how it competes with Coffeelake Refresh (9900K/9700K) however if you need a system now with RGB and for around your budget (& the parts you wanted) I'd get this. Mount the AIO on top as exhaust.

Thanks! I really appreciate you taking time out of your day to do this. The build looks great. Also, do you know roughly when ryzen 3 processors are scheduled to release? If it's not too long I could possibly wait.
