Gaming/streaming/editing PC build

Just wanted to get your opinions on this build. I will basically only play csgo and I will be streaming at 720p 60fps. I will need to keep a minimum of 144fps due to my monitor whilst streaming. Will this PC be adiquit. I've tried to keep costs down. Also it's silence optimised.

csgo is not very demanding game, you will get 144 fps no problem with this build

I would definitely get a better GPU. The GTX970 has actually had some ram issues, only allowing 3.5GB of fast Vram. I would recommend a GTX 980 or 980ti for your GPU. and if you can't afford the cpu with that card, the FX 8350 is a good working alternative for multitasking and I would pair it with a MSI 970 Gaming or a ASUS Sabertooth board.

Yes, the Xeon is slightly better and more expensive, but I like the 8350 for a nice overclock. With the cooler that he has, it looks like he may be looking into overclocking. Both CPUs should be able to handle a 980, and they would work for his build. If he wants power efficiency or a little more performance without overclocking, the Xeon E3 1231 is a viable option.

With CS:go the 970 would still easily give you 144fps, but for the argument of future capability and adding the possibility of more demanding games to your stream, I would take the 980.
