Gaming/Streaming/Editing/Rendering PC: Final Cut

Will this be allow me to livestream with good quality on Twitch TV? I will be overclocking the CPU to 4.2 ghz. This is crunch time, I need good suggestions. Trying to keep it under $1700, but I might be able to go a bit over. Be as cruel as you need to be, I need this to be perfect for Streaming/Gaming with good quality. Have you thought about an SSD drive for your OS and games?
I am not keen on your choice of PSU.
