Good Evening Everyone,
Brand new to the community and I've heard nothing but awesome things.

So let me start off with PC Specs & then my issue.
CPU: i9-7920x
Motherboard: Asus-E Gaming x299
RAM: GSkill TridentZ 16GB
GPU: Aorus 1080ti
PSU: EVGA 850T2

While gaming only, I have no problems or FPS drops.
COD BO4:
My usage was:
36% CPU
50% Memory
80% GPU

But whenever I even attempt to stream using CPU (No matter how much or little CPU I use) the games all have big FPS drops.
I'm ignorant towards why I'm getting this issue, but I'm also hoping someone can explain whats going on. Thank you guys/gals so much :)

I use Streamlabs OBS (It used about 17%-25% CPU while streaming)
The gaming portion used the rest of the cpu
The CPU goes up to 100% usage and then framedrops happen. My question is, why would a i9-7920x not be able to handle both, I've used multiple different CPU presets for the usage, and it barely handles them. Is 36% CPU
50% Memory 80% GPU normal for a game like call of duty?

If the CPU cant handle gaming and streaming. Is it just better if the i9 is used only for the streaming portion and then a i7-8700k for example, with the 1080ti for the gaming pc?

Your system should be more than sufficient to stream-the issue probably is with your settings. What resolution are you playing at and what resolution are you trying to stream? What about framerate? Is it capped? What bitrate and cpu preset are you using?

So I've used a dual PC stream setup (Different CPU) and the settings were Faster CPU preset, 8k bitrate, 1920x1080 60FPS.
It all ran butter smooth and looked amazing on stream. I tried this again on the new PC with the parts I have now, and it wasn't working well. I lowered the settings (all of them) and the stream runs bad and crappy fps. I've tried all reduced settings. Just starting to believe I definitely overestimated the power of the processor

(Just an Update)

My PC has been completely freezing without streaming
