My brother needs a pc for gaming (lite) and uploading/editing videos for YouTube.

By lite gaming I mean like minecraft or league of legends.

Preferably in the 600$ range but it can be flexible.

I live In the US and would prefer my parts from newegg, micro center or amazon.
