Too much money being spent on case fans and the sound card isn't necessary. You can also get better keyboards for the price than Razer. And you have a slow mass storage drive, and that RAM is triple channel and meant for older X58 systems.

Just that it's overpriced and boards that cost 1/2 the price can do the same job. The H80 is OK if you're going with an mATX or mITX rig but for a full ATX rig I would use a dual fan radiator like a Corsair H100i / NZXT Kraken X61.
