Hi.

I need a PC for gaming, for minimum 3 years. And i don't want skylake system.

I will use it for Games. Sometimes, films or series.

I don't want to overclock.

Thanks for answers, Greetings from Turkey!

1250 $ or 4000 ₺, it doesn't matter.

I have 1600 $ / 5000 ₺ budget at normal, but in Turkey, system parts are expensive 🙁
For example: MSI GTX 980 is 573 $ (1.735 ₺) in Amazon. / But in Turkey, GTX 980 is 2.220 ₺ (726 $) 🙁
Turkey prices...

So, you will say with your country prices and i will buy it with my country prices. Because of this there are some differences in budget.

Except os, monitor and kb&mouse.

PS: ₺ = Turkish lira.

I'll buy
ASUS VG248QE
EVGA GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5

from amazon. And, I'll buy other parts in Turkey?

Whit these ^,
I buy:
Intel i5-4690 CPU,
MSI Z97-G43 MOBO
GSKILL 8GB (2x4GB) RipjawsX DDR3 1600MHz CL9 1.5V Dual Kit Ram.

Also,
WD 3.5" 1TB Caviar Blue SATA 3.0 7200Rpm 64MB Cache Harddisk
CORSAIR CC-9011023-750CX Case and (with case) 750W 80+ BRONZE

What do you think about this? Is it ok?

Point 1: You're not even sure about your budget, that build including os, mouse&keyboard, case, costs a way higher than $1250. Make a proper decision in which way you want to go. It will help both you and us to make a conclusion.
Point 2: The Z series motherboards are meant "k" version processors
Point 3: You should get a good power supply from Tier 1 or 2 and Corsair CX model is not among them.

I explained this budget thing in my second message. I have 5000 ₺ budget (1.300 $). If i buy monitor and graphic card from Amazon, it costs 1000 $. And i buy other parts from Turkey with 300-340 $ (1.200-1500 ₺)

Can you suggest a motherboard to 4690 (under 150 $) and a power supply?

I don't need an OS and keyboard&mouse.

We are not talking about mathematic, we are talking about computers, hah? My topic tittle is "Gaming System - Budget 1250 $", not "1.200 or 1,200? Which one is true?"

Yes, anyway, thanks a lot.

That mistake made my indication wrong. :)

One more question:

EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti ACX SC+ ACX 2.0+ Graphics Card with Backplate 06G-P4-4995-KR

or

EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Classified ACX 2.0+ 6GB GDDR5 G-SYNC Ready Graphics Cards 06G-P4-4998-KR

What does "Classified" mean?

Pay more get more.

The Classified editition graphics cards from EVGA are more open to overclocking. As I do not think your that into overclocking if at all I would say the only reason you would want it is it's about 3-5% faster than reference design outside benchmarks.
