Gaming System Build on budget, need help/advice

Hi all, i am considering making a gaming rig for myself. but before that let me you give you some other details to keep in mind:

  ■ I am from Fiji so i deal with Fijian Dollar (FJD), i use xe.com conversion rates as reference
  ■ That being said, I would be in Atlanta for a short time, so I am limited to online buying, so i would prefer buying components from stores, at the moment i am considering Microcenter and Fry's
  ■ So now my budget for this rig is something between $2500 to $3000 Fijian Dollars
  ■ Power in Fiji runs at 240V

So going over the products at those two stores, this is the build i have come up with:

  ■ Crafted Series Phantom 410 $84.99 at Microcenter
  ■ EVGA SuperNOVA NEX650G PSU $109.99 at Microcenter
  ■ ASUS DRW-24B1ST $19.99 at Microcenter
  ■ Windows 8.1 Professional 64-bit $139.99 at Microcenter
  
  These are optional:
  ■ 840 EVO MZ-7TE120BW 120GB $99.99 at Microcenter
  ■ Kraken X60 Ultra Performance Liquid CPU Cooler $149.99 at Microcenter
  
  ■ I think at microcenter, there are motherboard and CPU bundles which are cheaper together

So at the moment, i am considering this build without the optional items, which puts my cost at $1,370.91 USD, which converted comes to around $2,561.54
However at this point I am also thinking, to buy the CPU cooler also which now puts my cost at $1,520.90 USD, which converted comes to around $2,858.84.

So I would just like to know what you guys think of this build and also if this build can also be done at a lower cost or for the same cost how can i make this build a better one or what components are better?

I assume you are overclocking you are are getting a $150 water cooler, in which case you should get the 8320, which is the same chip as the 8350, but with a lower clock that doesn't matter when you overclock it. That will save you a bit of money, but besides that, it all looks pretty good.

Not really gonna be overclocking, i just thought it would be just nicer to have the CPU running even cooler then what it would be running at with stock.

There is no reason to get that cooler, you can get a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo and it'll be pretty close to room temperature. That would just be a massive waste of money.

ah okay cool, how about if i just go with the stock? because as far I am concerned, I won't be doing much heavy CPU intensive tasks most of the time, the only computational intensive time will be when i will be gaming.

Stock will be more than fine if you aren't overclocking.
