Gaming System to Overclock

MSI Z77 MPower Motherboard (already purchased)
XFX Radeon HD7870 Double Dissipation (Already Purchased)
Corsair Vengeance LP 8gb 1866mhz ram
Western Digital Black 1tb
Crucial M4 128gb SSD
XFX PRO850W Core Edition PSU
Coolermaster Hyper 412s CPU Cooler
Zalman Z11 Plus Case
Windows 7 Pro
Is this an ok system? I plan in overclocking and maybe adding another 7870 and using crossfire. Good idea?

Perfectly fine. The Crucial M4 isn't going to win any races as far as SSDs go, but it you will enjoy that setup. You could probably knock that Corsair PSU down to a 750w unit.

Which 120/128gb SSD would you reccomend?

I prefer Samsung drives. On a budget it is the Samsung 840 120 / 240 GB, but if the budget allows look toward the Samsung 840 Pro 128 / 256 GB. There are other good drives out there as well.
