I am planning to buy amd ryzen 7 3700x and x570 board and i have already zotac rtx 2060 amp card,so is it a good specs for gaming?

yes, it's good!! make sure you get a good SSD/NVMe and a decent PSU

Check the prices for the Intel 10600K and decent Z490 motherboard as well. From what it seems is the 10600K the best cpu for it (gaming).

Not that you chose bad parts btw. Choices are still good.

One of the cheaper, probably fine. Would suggest to get something just abit beter like "Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite" if you can afford it.
