Hey guys! I was thinking of building a gaming system but I need hep with the specs. Can you please suggest me a good rtx super build under 2500 CAD? Thank you very much ^^

Solution
Thats a nice amount of cash.
Get a 2080 super (spending lots on out of box oc is dumb. get one with a good looking robust cooler that is cheap)
a ryzen 5 3600X (or wait for the rumoured xt coming in a few weeks/days)
any b550 board (coming out in 10 days)
a 750 watt high quality power supply (b or higher on the psu tier list)
a case you think looks good.
an nvme ssd since why not its like 20cad difference.
and spend whatever is left on a nice monitor and peripehrals.
you could also fancy for a nice looking watercooler, but the box cooler is just fine for stock operations with not oc.
You might want to go for a 500gb good ssd, then instead of a hard drive, a 1tb intel 660p ssd. its cheap and really bad (compared to other ssds) but its much better than a hard drive so if you want your steam library to be on an ssd too, thats the best way.

I would say go for a ryzen 7, but while its in your budget it would not make any difference to performance in gaming, so its most a waste.

With a healthy budget like that you can get a great rig, and at 1440p in beautiful IPS colors too!

The 3700x and 3900x prduce the same frame rates at 1440p. No need for anything above the 3700x. Even the 3600 would be fine but the 3700x is better long term.

The 2080Sis a great card, but not really worth the price premium over the 2070S especially at 1440p.

With that savings you can get a great monitor to enjoy your new pc.

The NVMe storage is great on the x570's too.

Prices are kinda crazy right now, so careful and patient shopping would help save some money. PSU prices are crazy too. Some items on the parts picker list are just place holders to give a general idea of what your budget can get you.

I suggest the x570 3700x build with the 2070S at 1440p because that's what I'm running and it's a great gaming pc.
