Gaming upgrade on 775.

How ya doin people, i hope good. Because i want to ask if somebody would help me with new 400$ 775 PC.
I want a nice computer for my nephew for gaming. What he have is 350W, GA-G31M-S2L and GTX 550 TI.

What i want to buy him is :

Kingston 4GB KIT DDR2 1066MHz CL5 HyperX BOX ( I heard about it some good things, but i dont really belive OC on 1600 ).
Western Digital Blue 750GB 64MB
GELID Solutions Tranquillo revize 2
Intel Q9400

His native resolution was 1400x900 if i remember right. What it would run is BF3 ULTRA with 30FPS atleast, on his native resolution.

Is this good purchase or should i buy completely new 1155 computer ?
