People often seem to like hyperthreading for their video editing, so I might recommend the i7 4770k instead if you can afford it. However, depending on how much you edit then the 4670k might do just fine. For the tiny amount that I do the 4670k is more than enough.

This build will do better for editing thanx to the Amd 8-core Cpu, but also better gaming performance because of the jump from a 760 to 770 video card. Better quality Psu than what you had listed, and faster Ram(1866mhz). Less money overall too.

get that thing to 4.8+ and your looking at a great system for your needs...

For an even better rig, go with a 4770K if you can afford it.
