Gaming/video editing PC for $1,500

I would like to build a PC for $1500 just the parts/case because I already have the monitors, keyboard, and mouse. I plan on editing and uploading videos and stuff of that nature. Also I would like to know which is better dual monitors or triple monitors. I only want to use one monitor for gaming and the other for social media and a 3rd one if possible for searching up stuff.

No problem, I chose the i7 because you said you are doing editing, i5 would have been good enough if you had said just for gaming, enjoy your new build
