So after so much of searching i found this for my pc gaming ..

Can i max every game at 1280X1024 resolution as my old monitor does not go beyond this ..

Max every game? Maybe not, but it will be a solid performer for a great price especially since your resolution is low.

Yes, the 7770 can pretty much max any game at 1280x1024. If you plan on upgrading your monitor to something 1600x900 or higher any time soon, it might not be the best thing to get though. It will please you at 1280x1024.

Actually, it should be able to, if by max settings you don't include 16xAA

ya it will max bf3 mw3 at good resolution.. but if your cpu is good..
