[SOLVED] Gamma setting being too high please help

Hello everyone I wanted to know if I make my gamma settings from 1.0 to 1.5 which is much much brighter can this be bad for my eyes or damage my eyes? I have made it much brighter then default just wanted to make sure its safe and wont damage my eyes.

It can strain your eyes. Just leave it at the default.
