[SOLVED] GAMMAXX 300R vs GAMMAXX 400 vs GAMMAXX C40

Hello. Searching for cooler for my Ryzen 5 2600X.
Can't understand the difference between 300R and 400. Also looked at C40.
Also my case (Deepcool Kendomen) doesn't allow me to set any cooler taller than 16cm.
In my country 300R costs 16.7$, 400 costs 20.7$, C4o costs 23$.
Which is better for its money?

Also heard a lot of terrible things about 300R and 400 installation and removal on AM4 socket. Is this a really big problem?

None of them are very good. Stock coolers would be better.

The 400 has 1 more heat pipe, and a higher CFM fan. The 400 uses the stock mounting system, like a wraith prism does. It can be somewhat difficult to install, but not terrible.

I disagree. The Deepcool Gammaxx 400 is a fine cooler, and better than a stock wraith spire, and quieter. The wraith spire is about equal to a gammaxx 200T.

For $20 they are a great value, and have reviewed well. Basically even with an older hyper 212, for less.

Really? Wraith Spire? But it's overheating in Prime95 tests, more than 80C. In AIDA 64 stresstest - 91.

I have a Scythe Ninja 5 on my 3700x and I Love it.
But a Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B is cheaper would work well also:

The braces, like all AMD chips S754-AM3+ used, and the Wraith Max/Prism use.

Yea the H7 is a better cooler, even better than a 212. Price/performance though, Deepcool wins out. Gammaxx 400 is still cheaper, now, than the H7 has ever been, short of maybe some kind of black friday type sale, that I don't remember.

H7 WAS CHEAP , now CRYORIG is out of control on pricing , mine was $29.99 a few years ago on Newegg special.
