Recently installed new GPU, now the splash screen for a motherboard looks like abstract 8-bit pixel art (i.e., really garbled), but still goes to Windows okay, and I even tried hitting delete from that garbled screen and it entered a normal looking BIOS menu.
I have gotten a couple BSODs on start up that went away with a restart.
Motherboard is a GA-970A-UD3 (F7 bios version)
PSU is a Corsair 750W if that matters
GPU is a Sapphire R9 380
I've been able to play games (like Witcher 3) without any issues since installing the new video card. Not sure if this garbled splash screen is of any particular concern (it's not associated with any slowdown in start up either).
Any thoughts? Should I pursue this more?
