Greetings, I was wondering by chance if there is anyone here who might be able to tell me the dimension's of the Gateway DX4822-01 motherboard? It's a old computer that I have had laying around for quite some time now and I was thinking of throwing it out before I realized that I could use the computer in my arcade machine. I'm grateful it work's and I can play all my game's like you would in the Arcade. But the computer is slightly under powered making it difficult to play PS2 or Gamecube game's. If it's possible to replace the motherboard with a second hand one that would be wonderful but I don't know the dimension's or even what motherboard it has. If anyone could tell me I'd be most thankful. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

As long as it is mATX form factor, yes.
"The maximum size of a microATX motherboard is 9.6 × 9.6 in (244 × 244 mm), but some microATX boards can be as small as 6.75 × 6.75 in (171.45 × 171.45 mm). The standard ATX size is 25% longer, at 12 × 9.6 in (305 × 244 mm). Currently available microATX motherboards support CPUs from VIA, Intel or AMD." : Wikipedia

If you want verification, simply measure that against the room in your case. But I have never seen a mid tower case that would not accept a 9.6" x 9.6" mATX board.
If this is your machine:

...it takes a standard mATX motherboard.
