Hello, I am trying to upgrade my Gateway DX4860 from it's stock configuration.

Specs as of now:

Motherboard: IPISB-VR Intel Sandy Bridge Chipset H67 LGA1155
BIOS: P02-A1

CPU: Intel Core I5 2320 @ 3.00GHz

Graphic Interface: PCI-Express

Memory: 8x2 for 16 GB's of Memory DDR3

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 520

PSU: 500w Model: PS-6451-5AE

I am going to buy a:

Name:
ASUS GeForce GTX 950 2GB GDDR5 (GTX950-M-2GD5)
- 1026 MHz Clock,6610MHz Memory
- PCI Express 3.0, Dual -Link DVI, HDMI, Display Port
And a 120GB SSD that I am going to clone my OS from.

What I want to know is, will the GTX 950 WORK on the computer? is the motherboard non-compatible with GDDR5? does it matter? should I worry? or should I buy a new computer / motherboard because the graphics card is not compatible.

Other Question: I am using two hard drives currently, one that comes with it and the one that is in the hot-swap bay. Does this motherboard support 4 Hard drives? 3xHDD 1xSSD?

I really need this information as I will be buying the GTX 950 and the SSD tomorrow. I don't want to go through the trouble of finding out it doesn't

Thank you for taking your time reading this post.
