I've been looking to buy a 750ti for my pc, which is a Gateway DX4870-UB318, but I've been having trouble with finding out if it's compatible with the card. I've been trying to research, and so far it seems like the card is compatible, but I just need to make sure. Also, if it is compatible, is there anything else I need to connect the card to my pc? I need to know ASAP!

This PC has a motherboard that comes with a PCIE slot and that us all you need to pop in a GPU (any PCIE GPU for that matter).
But if this is the PC you are looking at:
http://www.cnet.com/products/gateway-dx4870-ub318-core-i5-3330-3-ghz-8-gb-1-tb/specs/

I am afraid you need to get better than the default 300Watt Power supply provided with this. 400 Watt PSU would be on the safer side, but ideally, a PC with such considerably expensive components, IMO it is better to get a good quality 500W PSU (Seasonic, Corsair, Cooler Master are good brands) as an one time investment. That also leaves better headroom for future upgrades (RAM, CPU, GPU or HDD).
