I need some help. i have a dual PII xeon board, with 512mb ram Dual PII 400 imb cache installed, video,etc.. Everytime I power it on it only stays on for a sec, then cuts off. I removed the bios jumper and it powers up, no video, it beeps 3 times, I replace the jumper and the boards resets and I can get into the bios. It doesnt recognize and of the IDE devices. I reboot and the same thing happens again.
Please help, Ive done just about everything I can think of trying to get this thing to power up.

Ah... I used to be a Gateway tech back in the day. Sounds like the video card. Reseat it and see what happens. On the older P2 boards the AGP slot was all ate up- it didn't seat the video cards right. Just a guess though.
