Gateway NE56R41U Keyboard connector broke

I was trying to replace the keyboard on my wifes laptop and from a video I had previously seen it showed to lift the connector up to remove the ribbon and replace it. It appears I broke the entire connector off from the mothboard and now it doesn't work. Is there any way to reattach the connector to the motherboard? Edit: Just to be clear here I'm talking about the whole connector, not just the locking tabs.

Hi, you must replace the entire connector, you can go to a repair shop and let them replace it, and they will charge you for the repair.
