Hi my 1 year old 400 Notebook, will not eject DVD's or Cd's using Eject
Button on Door or in Programs.

Using the patented Paper-Clip method until solution. Any ideas other than
sending to Gateway ( still under warranty), i was not happy with my last
repair experience. Took too long ( 4 weeks and Either GW orUPS lost my
monitor.

400 series optical drives will be sent as a replacement part
it won't require servicing just a pair of screwdrivers
