Gateway Notebook Network Adapter Deleted...

I deleted my network adapter the other day and need to reinstall it. I know I can get the driver online, but how do I install it with no internet connection. Can I download it on a memory stick on another computer then transfer it to my laptop? I know that was a dumb thing to do, deleting it! Was having internet connection problems at my home. Please help! Thank you!
