Gateway nv 53 review

Hello,
Just bought this laptop 10 days ago, and now I plug in my charger to charge the battery and it says plugged in not charging? Something I can fix?? Not a computer person when it comes to looking for issues.

If you just bought it you are still under warranty. I would advise contacting Gateway. You may have to send it in for repair or replacement.
