Gateway One ZX series system recovery stalls on installing Office 2010

I have a problem to get Gateway All in one ZX series desktop system recovery. I have made several attempts to do recovery, it always stalls exactly same spot: Installing Office 2010. It has been in that spot for overnight & it hasn't moved at all. I have started recovery process over & over, it stops on same spot every time. I tried with Windows 7 repair disk, apparently there's nothing wrong? How I can get recovery process to complete? When computer boots, I can see windows 7 desktop with some program icons, then it goes back to recovery screen & just stays there.

I managed to get computer to start in safe mode & create recovery disks. I was unable to delete this post.
