Gateway P3 868

I own a gateway P3 868 MHz i have been looking into overclocking it the bios(amibios) has no options hardly at all. Using a 3rd party program from windows i am able to overclock it(133FSB normally) from 868MHz to 1.04GHz with the system running stable. Where I have some questions is when its overclocked either my onboard modem or sound works at all.I'd apreciate any help with this.

Sorry for not helping, and I also appologize in advance for making fun of you.

Who the hell buys a Gateway and tries to overclock it? Maybe you wouldn't have any troubles if you made your own box.

But kudos for trying man. Gots to start somewhere.

i installed an internal modem and sound card and disabled the onboard in my bios. Now everything works fine and the system seems stable at 1.04GHz 160FSB


(Did somebody just kiss my ass or what??? 😛)
