Gateway U-Verse I3800HGV-B 192.168.1.254 Won't Open

Hi, I'm writing from my home computer. At our work we have a long 3800HGV-B ATT gateway. The WiFi does not work! I also cant get 192.168.1.254 to open.

The DNS Server is set to Google's which is 8.8.8.8 and alternate is 8.8.4.4
I changed the DNS because It seems better. When I try to use "Default DNS" I don't get service on the ethernet connected desktops

How do I solve this problem

Open a command prompt from work and run "ipconfig"
Look at your default gateway. That's the address you need to use to communicate with the 3800HGV-B ATT gateway.

If the wireless stopped working and you can't get to the interface you should powercycle the device.

Could you tell me what Powercycle means?

Turn the device off, wait at least a minute and then turn it back on. It's like rebooting a PC but you do it with network components.
