Gateway windows 7 need help

I had reset my computer to factory setting, upon doing it, the set up cannot go any further because it say *windows could not complete the installation, to install windows on this computer restart the installation?
I tried restarting it and it keeps showing this message, it won't allow me to go further or even go on the start screen. please help me

Do you have a DVD to install Windows/recover the operating system?

@ronintexas No I don't. Is that something I can order online, did I do something wrong for it to show this message.

Do you have the license (product key) for Windows? (It should be a sticker on the computer or a sheet of paper that has the key)

You haven't done anything wrong - just trying to determine how to fix the problem the right way 🙂

Yes I do have it.

What version of Windows do you have? You can download it (I can help you find the link) and create a bootable USB stick or DVD.

I Can't use the computer it won't even allow the set up to complete. So all I am seeing is the warning sign that I posted,won't even go to the start or desk top

There are several version of Windows 7:

Windows 7 Home Premium (32 bit and 64 bit versions)
Windows 7 Professional (32 bit and 64 bit versions)
Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit and 64 bit versions)

There are also language packs - and your product key will only work for one of them....you need the correct one.

You can download the ISO and put it on a DVD or USB stick to install - but we need the right one....

Again - be sure you select the proper one - or Windows will not work with your product key.
