My zx4591 was not accessing c drive took out the drive cleaned it up put back together now it won't boot up says. nltdr is missing made a reimage disk and repair disk don't know what I'm doing wrong won't let me run repair or f8 factory reset!!!

Run diags on the drive, possible it has failed.
