Gateway Windows 8 desktop stuck in unable to repair loop

I'M TRYING TO FIX A GATEWAY DESKTOP WITH WINDOWS 8 IT IS STUCK IN THE AUTOMATIC CANT REPAIR LOOP. I DO NOT HAVE THE REPAIR DISC. WHAT NEXT? F8- NO HELP, TRIED RESETTING TO FACTORY DEFAULTS- WITH NO RESULTS. DO I HAVE TO ORDER THE DISC FROM GATEWAY? I can get into advanced options, but still no solution. please send advice WITHOUT advertisements. thanks Hoss
