says I may need graphics if I go quad, or xenon? one pci slot small, HDMI from mobo, unknown board! SIW cannot define mobo. help please

Your system doesn't actually support quad-core or Xeon processors, so no worries there; every supported CPU has integrated graphics. Your best bet is a Core i5-680, which is a 3.6 GHz chip that can clock up to 3.86 GHz on a single core in turbo mode. These are available for $76-80 on eBay.
