I’m having issues accessing the bios on the gb h110m s2h. I boot up, hold delete, and this is what shows up. Just a black screen with a curser and some weird line patterns at the top. Any idea what this is and how to fix it?

looks like your need to start auto-select on your monitor, seems the bios box is like way up....
details of video card & monitor make and models would be appreciated.

Have you tried resetting your cmos? and see if it fixes that. (unplug pc from wall power cord, pull battery from motherboard, and wait 2 mins reinstall, power up)

Funny you should ask. My gpu is a Radeon rx 480 8gb and my monitor is actually an old-ish Samsung tv. I decided to use the tv to increase my budget for the computer itself. This means that the problems is most likely due to the tv. Is there a way to get it to show properly on the tv? Normally, whilst using the computer normally, everything is fine. The whole desktop will appear. Is there a way to carry over that fitting to function whilst in the bios?

It is connected via an hdmi cable coming directly from the graphics card.
