GD235HZ not showing anything

So I was messing with my display settings earlier trying to get 120hz refresh rate, but the image was really bad. So I figured it was because my cable wasn’t a dual dvi. So I powered off and switched back to my hdmi. Since then I can’t see anything no post, nothing. I’ve switched cables and monitors. Not sure what the deal is

Ok looks like I got it. I powered off unseated my video card, powered on shut down then reseated. And now it’s working. What a pain my ass
