GE force PCIe card not recognized

I've installed GEForce 8400 GS PCIe x16 card in Dell 531s but system does not recognize card. BIOS is set to PCIe.

Thanks for response. Don't know, I only have one box so no way to test. I guess it could be a bad card.

I fixed it reboot and change bios init display to onboard. reboot 3 time for luck. reboot and change bios init display to PCIE. Go to device manager and uninstall onboard driver and shut down box. Install card, attach cable to card, and turn on the box. Go to device manager to validate that new card has ben recognized. Go to nVida support and down load latest driver.
